Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were the best I have ever had in any booking, but they strongly smelled of smoke which was quite disappointing. On the bright side, they were very clean and included reverse air conditioning to heat up the room on a chilly night.
Initially, the room was a disaster with a view of the car park and overfull rubbish containers, but after a short complaint, I was upgraded to a luxury flat with air conditioning and a heated towel rail. The service was excellent with friendly and helpful staff who changed my room to a bigger one for the same price. The location was not the best, in a somewhat run-down area, but with a great bus service nearby. The dining was good but somewhat limited, though the freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee were enjoyable. The facilities were adequate with no major issues.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were huge and comfortable, very clean, and equipped with reverse air conditioning for chilly nights but got disturbed by noise from the adjacent room. The service was friendly and accommodating, with helpful staff, although I felt the pricing could have been better. The location, although not central, was decent, just a bit run down. The dining experience was basic but adequate. The facilities were good overall.
My stay at the hotel was comfortable and clean, but there were some minor issues. The room was clean and adequate, though the TV had mostly Spanish channels. The service was friendly and helpful, but there were disturbances in the morning. The location, although not ideal, was manageable. The dining options were limited. The facilities were sufficient but could be improved.
I had a bit of a rough start with the room being dull and having mostly Spanish channels on the small TV. However, after a quick complaint, I was upgraded to a luxury flat which made up for the initial disappointment. The hotel can get noisy with open windows at night, but the rooms are very clean.
